Exchange and return policy
• The buyer has the right to request the return or replacement of the goods (for any reason) within 3 working days since receiving the goods, and we cannot accept any request for return or replacement of the goods after this period.
• The buyer is obligated to return the goods (returned / replaced) with the same shipping company that sent him.
• The buyer shall bear the shipping costs of the returned goods in full in my case (return or replacement), except in the event that the return request was due to damage to the product sent or was not in conformity with the request of the purchase invoice, then the Amjad Al Oud Luxury Est shall bear the return value and resend it again.
• The buyer is obligated to return the goods in the condition in which they were received according to the conditions below for agarwood oil and agarwood, and the buyer has the right to use a maximum of 2% of the purchased goods for experimentation and quality testing, or to use the attached sample for testing if it is included with the order.
Conditions for the recovery of Oud oil and Oud wood
1. Not aging the Oud oil
2. Not to be mixed with a board or any other extract
3. The original packaging has not been exchanged
4. The agarwood must not be broken and put in water
5. Oud is not preserved with any influences such as Maamoul and perfumes
6. Only 2% of the weight of the wood is allowed to be tested
7. It is possible to use a drop of stick oil on a cloth or napkin, and not to touch the tendon directly with the skin

• Once we receive the (returned) goods, the amount paid for the value of the goods will be returned within 7 working days to the buyer as a maximum.
• If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us as soon as possible after submitting your request, in order to update the status of your request, as we usually speed up processing your request. We may have wrapped your request and made the necessary arrangements to send it to you, and in these circumstances we will not be able to Cancel or modify your order. In addition, we will not always be able to stop your order after it has been sent. If your order has arrived and you want to return it, you must do so within 3 working days of receiving the order.
• If you want to modify or cancel your order, you must contact our customer service team
• The mere sending of the application does not mean that it is an acknowledgment of approval on our part except when confirming that we have received the application and studying the case, then informing the customer of the procedure that will take place on this application, with the need to provide us with the following information:
• 1) The customer's name (according to the username in the store)
• 2) the order number
• 3) Order history
• 4) The value of the request
• 5) Payment method
